Kenneth is survived by his wife, Vicki Day; sister, Doris Oden; brothers David Day (Shirley) and James Day; sister-in-law, Deborah W. Thornton; nephews, Matt Thornton (Mandi) and Ben Oden; nieces, Amy Nash (Robert), Elizabeth Oden and Kim Dement.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his father Jewel Day and his mother Wilma Day.
A visitation for Kenneth will be held Saturday, June 11, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Curtis and Son Funeral Home North Chapel. A funeral service will be Sunday, June 12, 2022 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Lloyd Jenkins and Rev. Josh Bell officiating at Curtis and Son Funeral Home North Chapel with a burial to follow in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers are Ben Oden, Robert Nash, Eric Morris, Barry East, Ricky Thornton, and Fred Pate. Honorary pallbearers are Ernie Ward and Reggie McCain.
He attended Five Points Baptist Church and worked at Blue Bell for 37 years. He loved spending time with family and friends and loved to fish and hunt.
