Joseph Leslie Swindall, age 65, of Sylacauga, passed away December 30, 2017. Joe was a man of faith who loved the Lord, his family and his church. He is survived by his son Gardner Swindall (Laura); daughters: Tamra Pickering (Richard), Leslie Lucas (Rocky), and Katie Jordan; Sister, Judy Bell (Bob); Grandchildren: Lilly Kate Lucas, Tripp Pickering, Lexi Lucas, Maggie Jordan, Allie Pickering, and Ben Jordan. Funeral Services will be held at First United Methodist Church Thursday, January 4, 2018, at 1pm with visitation at the church from 11am until 12:30. Rev. James Haskins and Rev. Wayne Swindall will officiate. Burial will be in Mount Olive Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to First United Methodist Church Sylacauga.
