James Luther Baggett

Mr. James Luther (Luke) Baggett age 79 of Sylacauga, Al passed away on April 22, 2011 at Coosa Valley Medical Center. Funeral Services for Mr. Baggett will be on Monday April 25, 2011 a Graveside Service at 2PM. Visitation will be on Monday April 25, 2011 from 10:30-2PM. Burial will be in New County Line Cemetery. Survivors are Wife: Lerlene Baggett of Sylacauga, Al; Son; James Luke(Tracy) Baggett of Pell City, Al; Daughters: Terry Lynn (Joey) Bruno of Montevello, Al; Tracy Leigh (Rex) Taylor of Sylacauga, Al; Brother: Fred Baggett of Saddy Daisy, Tenn; Eight Grandchildren; Tristan, Brittany, Brandy, Heather, Justin, Bethany, Blake, Kyle. Five Great Grandchildren. Pallbearers are James (Luke) Baggett, David Cole, T.R. Bunn, Kyle Russell, Rex Taylor and Joey Bruno. Preceded in death by his Mother and Father, Two Brothers; Dalton and Clay. Mr. Baggett was Police Commissioner in Medfield, Member of City Council in Medfield, Honorary Deputy Sheriff of Jefferson County. He was a life time member of N.R.A. and was a very Devoted family man and friend. Curtis and Son Funeral Home North Chapel will direct the service.
