Glenda Jordan Welch

Sylacauga, AL. - Glenda Jordan Welch, age 80, passed away on Tuesday, October 10, 2023. Glenda was born in Alexander City, Alabama to Martha S. Jordan and Jessie C. Jordan.

Glenda is survived by her sister, Jackie Jones (Ralph); four children, Michael L. Welch (Shawna), Terri Bentley (Mark), Janet Brown (Todd), Carman Lovett (Brett); fifteen grandchildren, Adam Bentley (Jessica), Alan Bentley (Rachael), Corey Welch (Angie), Britani Burnham (Rayth), Ethan Brown (Kourtney), Alex Bentley (Jenna), Sierra Welch, Gracie Welch, Jordan Lovett, Evie Welch, Jackson Lovett, JC Lovett, Carmen Coleman (Dexter), Aaron Dodson, Carlie Jo Thrasher; 11 great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Terry Welch; father, Jessie C. Jordan and mother, Martha S. Jordan.

A visitation will be held Saturday, October 14, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Radney-Smith Funeral Home, 320 North Elm Avenue, Sylacauga, Alabama 35150. A funeral service will occur Sunday, October 15, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Radney-Smith Chapel with Bro. Wayne McDaniel officiating.

Glenda will be laid to rest in Talladega Springs Cemetery, Sylacauga Fayetteville Highway, Sylacauga, AL.

Serving as pallbearers are Adam Bentley, Alan Bentley, Corey Welch, Ethan Brown, Alex Bentley, Jordan Lovett and Aaron Dodson. Honorary pallbearers will be Jackson Lovett and JC Lovett.
