Dawanna T. Epperson, age 53, of Alpine, Alabama passed away on Saturday, April 20, 2024. Dawanna was born in Birmingham, Alabama to Bonnie Thomas and Wayne Thomas.

Dawanna is survived by her daughter Jessica Epperson (Christopher Black); her father Wayne Thomas; her sister Jeanett Holmes (Steven) and her brother Dewayne Thomas (Shane); her grandchildren Micah Griffith and Addilynn Black, her close family friend Larry Lucas and her numerous Nieces and Nephews.

Dawanna was preceded in death by her mother Bonnie Thomas; her sister Barbara Martin.

A memorial service for Dawanna will be held Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Curtis and Son Funeral Home.
