Carolyn Faye Patterson

Funeral service for Carolyn Faye Patterson, age 72, of Sylacauga will be Thursday, June 11, 2015 at 11AM at Curtis and Son North Chapel. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. She was preceded in death by her husband: Miles Comer Patterson, parents: James and Bertha Ozell Pope Ridley, brothers: Fred, Troy and William (Bill) Ridley, and sister: Monie Lee (Tootsie) Epperson. She was a loving wife and devoted mother. Worked at Avondale Mills and the in Main Avenue lunch room. The family would like to thank everyone for their support and prayers during this time, special thanks to the doctors and staff at Shelby Baptist Medical Center MICU unit, Comfort Care Hospice and Citizens Hospital in Talladega, to Talladega Health and Rehab for the wonderful care that was given to mother during her stay the last year and to the staff at Jacobs Engineering and International Paper for their support and assistance during this time. She is survived by her Son: John Patterson and wife Paula, Daughter: Regina Erwin and husband Troy, Sisters: Ethlene Wood and Norma Jean Abernathy, Grandchildren: Jonathan Patterson and wife Lauren, Andrea Robinson and husband Justin, Steven P. Brasher, Great Grandchildren: Bayleigh Patterson, Dawson Patterson, Wilson Patterson, Harper Patterson, and Jaxon Robinson. Curtis and Son North Chapel will direct the services.
