Billy Joe Smith

Billy is survived by his wife, Mary Lou Smith; his son Clinton Scott Smith; his stepson Charles Walton Stewart (Karen), his stepdaughter Elizabeth Ashley Stewart (David), his grandchild Maegan Smith, his grandchild Reagan Smith, his step grandchild Kade Grigg, his step grandchild Kaitlin Stewart, his step grandchild Cole Stewart and his host of cousins, nieces, nephews.

Billy was preceded in death by his father Elgie Smith and his mother Mae Smith; his brother Jimmy Lee Smith.

A visitation for Billy will be held Friday, June 3, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Curtis and Son Funeral Home, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM. Billy will be laid to rest in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers are Malcom Bates, Ken Dupree, Norman Dobbs, Jimmy Stewart, Michael Harris, Mike Mitchell, Doug Duffee, Daniel "Shag" Hudgins, DJ Sparkman, Bob Edwards, Scott Vick and Billy Epperson.

Billy was a graduate at BB Comer High School. He had a great love and passion for motorcycle riding.
