It is with great sadness that we announce the death of our dear mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. Mom passed away peacefully on July 17, 2011 at Victoria Haven Nursing Home, surrounded by her family. She is finally reunited with her husband Reg and daughter Angeline whom she has deeply missed these past years.

Mom was predeased by her husband Reg in 2003 and daughter Angeline in 2005, a daughter Ollie and son Reggie in infancy, son in law Francis Blackwood who passed away in February 2011.

Surviving are daughters Belinda & Patsy, sons Raymond, Jamie, George, Bernie (Marlene) Sydney. Carmen (Ella) NFLD, Greg (Gwen), Gerald, Halifax. 19 Grandchildren, 20 Great Grandchildren. Mom is also survived by the last member of her immediate family, her brother Edgar Hillier. Also Archie Stewart, Patsy Morrison.

We wish to express our deepest and sincere thanks to the Management and Staff of Victoria Haven Nursing Home for their tender, loving care. They were her family, when we could not be with her, for this we will be eternally grateful. Special Thank You to Rev. Douglas Chard who for the last 9 years took time out of his busy schedule to talk to mom and make special visits to see her.

As promised I will also mention Shirley Rhymes (cousin) and Roberta Blandin (niece) she referred to as her "sisters". And a special thank you to "Her Girls" Andrea, Tracy, Yolanda and Mary her Special Granddaughters.

Visitation for the late Mrs. Morrison will be held 7-9 p.m. on Wednesday and 2 -4 and 7-9 p.m. on Thursday, June 21 in T.W. Curry Parkview Chapel. A funeral service will be held Friday, June 22 at 10 am in St. Albans Church, Interment in Eastmount Cemetery.
