It is with sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of John Andrew MacLellan at his home in Benacadie on May 2, 2020 at 77 years of age. John is survived by his 2 sisters Mary Mann, ON and Mary Alexander, Maine as well as many nieces and nephews and many friends including special friend Hugh Paul. John worked as a carpenter around Cape Breton and could build just about anything. He was well known as a consciensous and hard worker. Besides his parents, John was predeceased by brothers Alex, John and Neil Francis (Infancy), sisters Annie Fougere, Sr. Ann Rosiere, Neilie, Joan Thornton and Margaret (Infancy).
