Gary Purvis Bass

IN THE CARE OF

T.W. Curry Parkview Chapel

Age 58, passed away March 10, 2022 in Cape Breton Regional Hospital. Born in Halifax, he was the son of Garnet and Goldie (George) Bass. He is survived by his father- Garnet, brothers Rodney and Jimmy, sisters- Cynthia (Tony) and Julie, nephews- Lee (Diane), Mitchel, and Kristopher, great nephews- Maximus and Royce, great niece- Serena, maternal uncle- Carl George and maternal aunt- Cynthia (Jim) Coughlin.

He is predeceased by his mother- Goldie, maternal grandparents- Lillian and Purvis George, paternal grandparents Harry and Pearl Bass, as well as several aunts and uncles.

Cremation is under the direction of TW Curry Parkview Chapel, Sydney. Graveside memorial services will be held at a later date at Evergreen cemetery, Guysborough, NS. To leave memories and condolences please visit www.twcurry.com.
