Charlie is survived and will be missed by his wife of 54 years, Pauline (Matthews) Kelland, his children; Chuckie (Kathy), Cheryl (David) LeBlanc, Jeannie (Mike) Rahey, and Barbie (Vic) Dunphy, 9 Grandchildren, whom he loved all dearly: Jenna, Steven, Matthew and Morgan LeBlanc, Savannah Alyssa, and Jameelah Rahey, Acacia and Bryden Dunphy. He is also survived by his two sisters Eileen (Norman) Matheson, Big Bras d’Or, Madeline Giles, two brothers Nelson Kelland, Sydney Mines and Richard Kelland Big Bras d’Or. Besides his parents, Charlie was predeceased by his brother Melbourne Kelland and sisters Asneth Mulley, Annie McGean, Sadie Totten and Viola Petrowski.
