Shirley Alice Moore was born October 13, 1938 and passed away peacefully October 29, 2023 at the age of 85. Shirley was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She enjoyed 62 wonderful years of marriage and is survived by her loving husband Joseph, her daughters Lori and Jodi/son-in-law Brent, her granddaughters Alyssa and Sydney and her great grandson Cohen. Shirley loved her family above all else, and loved to cook and travel, enjoying many cruises and vacations in Hawaii. Shirley and her family lived all across Canada, before finding their forever home in B.C., making lifelong friends along the way. After raising her two daughters, Shirley returned to work and upon retirement Shirley actively helped care for her granddaughters, and was a fixture at their local community events. Shirley’s caring and loving nature touched many people and she will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Rest in peace Nana, we love you.
