Patricia Kathryn Calder

Pat was the matriarch of our family, a beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, and friend.

She is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Marshall Wayne (Mick), cherished daughters, Naomi, Michelle, Rhonda and dear son, Jonathan (Layla), beloved grandchildren, Robert (Kayla), Cheryl, Matthew, Christina, Kathleen, Brittany, Zachary, and Jennifer and great-grandson, Nicholas.

Also, left to mourn are her sister Verna, brother Dennis (Barb), and caring brother-in-law Eddie.

Pat was predeceased by her parents, Alexander and Catherine, brother Kenneth, sister Loretta and her treasured daughters Paula and Susan.

Pat was a wonderful person and to her, family was first and foremost. She had many great talents which she has passed on throughout the generations. This includes her love of music, her deep passion for books, gardening, and her amazing seamstress abilities.

Throughout Pat’s life, during challenging times and good, she was always a pillar of strength to many. She has and will continue to be an inspiration to the many who knew her. She will be deeply missed by family and countless friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held in the near future. In lieu of flowers please consider donating to the Canadian Cancer Society.
