I remember Jim Miner with great affection. He was so very kind to Stan and myself as we worked together for awhile in RVICS. I last saw him at the 2005 General Assembly in Indianapolis. He was a gifted communicator and leader, and his anointing is deeply missed since he retired all too early.

He and Marolyn made a great team, and I am grateful to have known them both.  Marolyn, I just today saw that Jim had died, and know that I reach out to you with condolence and prayerful concern! May the Holy Spirit continue to be your Comfort, Wisdom and Lover!

I was saddened to see that Jim has passed. We were classmates at NNC and like, Gary Waller, though we didn’t see each other often, when we did it was like old home week! Our mutual friend, my brother-in-law, Ray Doane, drove a Morris Minor during our seminary years; he named it his Jim Miner.

I was saddened to hear of James' passing. We were classmates at NNC (now university). While we didn't have a lot of contact over the years as our ministry assignments were miles apart, when we did it was great to rekindle our friendship and enjoy each other's company. Blessings to you Marilyn and we pray for the entire family.
