PASCIAK, Andrzej, "Andy", 59, of Surprise, passed away on May 15, 2015. He was preceded in death by his father, Stanislaw Pasciak. He is survived by his mother, Maria Walas Pasciak, his 3 brothers, and 2 sisters, in Poland; his loving wife of 32 years, Christine Grabowski Pasciak, his beloved sons, Michael (Lisa) Pasciak, Christopher Pasciak, and Adam Pasciak; and his granddaughter, Alexus Pasciak; and many nieces and nephews in Poland.
