Memorial service will be held 1:00pm Monday, September 17, 2018 at Sunland Mortuary with Deacon Ernest Martinez officiating.
Robert was born in Tacoma, Washington to Sam and Alberta Warren. He is survived by his wife Carol of 46 years, and Brother Eddie Arnold (Cindy), multiple nieces and nephews, sister-in-laws and brother-in-laws.
He served in the U.S. Army in the Engineering Division at Fort Benning, Georgia during the Viet-Nam era as a Company Clerk and was honorably discharged. He then moved to Denver Colorado and obtained a license as a Stationary Operating Engineer and Steamfitter, and worked in medical
facilities.
He thoroughly enjoyed the outdoors, hiking, backpacking, fishing, boating, motorcycles and golf. He was an avid gun enthusiast and very patriotic. He loved the Denver Broncos and loved to converse with family and friends about world issues. He was a jokester and sometimes a practical prankster.
He then moved to Arizona in 1988 to warm up from the cold Colorado winters where he continued to enjoy the outdoors. He retired in 1996 and joined the Sun City Posse as a volunteer and committed to keep the
community safe.
