Marvin Miller was born April 18, 1930 to Ray and Ella Miller and grew up in Dekalb, Illinois. His siblings, all of whom have gone on before him, were older brothers Del, Bob and Don and a younger brother who died as an infant.
Marvin met and married Carol Johnson in Illinois, joined the Marines and was stationed in Hawaii for a couple of years. They settled in California, where Marvin worked for 40 years for Nutrilite, making vitamins. Son Victor and daughter Terrie were born during Marvin’s 43 year marriage to Carol. After Carol’s passing, Marvin moved to Arizona and met and married Lesa Comeau.
Marvin is survived by son Victor and daughter Terrie (Tooney); step-daughter Carol and step-sons Richard and John; grandchildren Christi, Amanda, Aubree, Jeff and Andrew; step-grandchildren, Richard, John and Chantelle; great-grandchildren Madison, Chance, Chloe, Zooey, Sawyer and Harrison (Marvin) and step-grandchildren Tristan and Kyrie.

Among his favorites were the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, the West Olive Church of Christ in Peoria, Arizona, and the Brooks Avenue Church of Christ in Raleigh, North Carolina.
