Hi Dad - aware yesterday was your bDay and I had a good memory to share. I was about 10 years old, and we were going camping that summer up north. There was many good memories, catching fish, swimming, campfire, cooking breakfast on an open flame (was cool), looking for snake eggs and turtles. 

However I recall there was fireworks to be displayed but to our amazement they went off on the food table. The food that was set up splattered all over the backdrop tarp. The mustard and mayo was everywhere and made this huge mess. I was clearly too young to know why or how the fireworks went off. However, was old enough to remember the look on your face and the laughter that came next. I will forever hold that good memory in my mind. Not just the day but your expression. Like how did that happen? You probably knew how.  

Im still thinking about you like I do often and embrace the memorable times that you made for us kids/family. I love you for always finding the good times and even when they don't always go the way we wanted. Some how you found a way to make everything happy with little means. Thank you for doing that Dad. Hi Dad, missing you lately and just enjoying nature as the weather is warming up. I feel like your here even when your RIP. Yesterday was an amazing sunrise as well sunset can feel your presence. On another note  baby sister Jamie is doing great and you would be proud of her, she is making huge strides. Hi Dad, I recall this time was such a joy in my life and how I looked up to you and we had a great time. All of the little things did not go unnoticed. Hi Dad, your day passed Saturday 2/25 and we took the kids roller skating for our Birthday month and the kids had a fun time. Your little bud (not so little anymore) shared a moment with all of us and said "lets get some chocolate cake like Grandpa Charlie", just makes my heart melt that he remembered and then also said it's "Grandpa's day". I responded "yes it is" and we celebrated Pa-Pa's day.  Miss you very much and thinking of you during this difficult week. I know you want me to not be sad. I still miss you very much. I'm honored to be your daughter. You once told me, you don't have to worry about me and I also do great things. While this is true but only because you thought me that and thank you for doing so. Hi Dad, I miss you everyday. Remembering the day I took your little buddy to come visit you from AZ and he was only seven months old. All smiles and we had a great time, also we got to visit with Uncle Pete I hadn't seen in a long time. We went out to Bob Chin's in Wheeling,  one of your favorite sea food places.

You have been my hero too! I always felt well cared for whenever you were around.  It seems you are present still.  That feeling stays with me even though I cannot see you or talk with you. All I need to do is think of you. Thank you for being the best big brother!

Hi Dad - it's been 2 years since and not a day goes by without thinking of you and you being in our thoughts and hearts. Going to make your favorite chocolate cupcakes tonight in remembering your choice of desert. I'm sad to report your beloved Mya doggie peacefully passed on 09.15.2020 in my arms 6PM at the vet due to her cancer rapid spreading and was truly her time to reunite with you. Mya is placed next to you and she is resting also. I miss you both as the kids do also, especially Brody always asking questions about the past and recently remembered the apple picking trip we took (great times). 

Dad - thank you for giving me the gift of life :) my Hero.

As a friend and coworker you always brightened the day. Your heart of gold will live on. RIP Charlie. 

Saddened to learn of the loss of this very dear friend. A quiet and kind soul, always willing to help out and so giving. Rest in peace, my friend we will never forget you. 

I met Charlie when I joined Jewelry @Oakmont.  He was the first one to teach me silver craft.  He was a great guy and friend.  He will be missed. God bless.
