SULPHUR-Larry J. Trahan, 72, died Tuesday, August 27, 2013, in his home.
Larry was a Sulphur native. He loved to hunt and fish.
Survivors include his loving wife of almost 49 years, Ruth Trahan; daughter, Bridgette Daley of Sulphur; sons, Larry J. "Bubba" Trahan, Jr., and Jamey Lynn Trahan both of Sulphur; 5 grandchildren, Joseph, Lucy, Sara, Dylan and Leah; and 2 great grandchildren, Declan and Lidian.
His funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, August 29, in Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home. The Rev. O. L. Gunter will officiate. Burial will be in Big Woods Cemetery in Edgerly.
