Kelley "Shane" Duraso, 59, of Sulphur, passed away on Thursday, October 31, 2024. He was born on May 25, 1965 in Sulphur, Louisiana. He loved his cats, cooking, mechanic work, and enjoyed going to the beach. He was the baby of the bunch and was definitely spoiled in his younger years. Shane loved spending time with his friends.
He is survived by his mother, Shirley Duraso of Sulphur; siblings, Jimmy "Gwen" Duraso (Brenda) of Belmont, Louisiana, Richard Duraso (Kathy) of Winnie, Texas, Dennis Duraso of Sulphur, Belinda Smith of Westlake, and Delores "Dee" Duraso of Sulphur; longtime friend, Anita Sterling; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Shane is preceded in death by his father, James Duraso, Jr.; siblings, Tyrell "T.K." Duraso and Rose Laughlin; along with his brother-in-law, Allie Laughlin.
A Celebration of Shane's life will be held at a later date.
