William "Bill" Harrison Layne

Bill was born in Charleston, WV on April 10, 1965, to Jerry and Sue Layne. Bill was a member of the Air Force during the mid to late eighties. Throughout Bill’s career he was involved in construction from working at Home Lumber, to eventually starting his own distribution company working in Division 8 Construction and Division 10 Specialty. He took great pride in his work and valued all relationships with employees, customers, and vendors.Bill also enjoyed activities such as fishing, woodworking, cooking, and visiting the beach. He passed on his enjoyment of fishing to both of his children Kristyn and Garrett.

Those left to cherish his memory include: his parents: Jerry and Sue Layne, wife: Lori L. Layne; daughter Kristyn Giannaccio, her husband Mike and their child Adalyn, son Garrett Layne, his wife Deschanne Sinclair and their children Samuel, Sarah, and Zoey, his brother Scott Layne and his wife Sandi, and his brother Michael Layne. Also, his aunt and uncle Beverly and Bernie Smith and his cousin Andrew Smith.

A Visitation for William will be held Friday, April 7, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at The Settegast-Kopf Company at Sugar Creek, 15015 Southwest Fwy, Sugar Land, TX 77478, followed by a Celebration of Life & Funeral Service at 4:00 PM.
