Rex Robert Wagner passed away on July 8, 2023. He was born on September 13, 1946 in Kerrville, Texas to Syble and Dale Wagner. He was married to Miriam Wagner with whom he raised two daughters Kenzie and Jillian. Rex owned and ran Texas Distribution Services, Inc. a company which served the oil and gas industry for over 30 years. Rex was an avid golfer for many years and enjoyed his time with his golfing friends at Sweetwater Country Club. He also appreciated many years of friendship with his neighbors, with whom he enjoyed travel, dinners and many late nights. Rex’s favorite pastimes were reading and watching the Astros.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Miriam Folse Wagner, his daughter Kenzie, husband Grant Rush, his daughter Jillian, husband Stephen Goodwin and grandchildren Wesley Rush and Charlotte Goodwin. He is also survived by his sister Marylin Stewart, husband Donald; his sister Janice Goodrich and his many nieces and nephews.
