Patsy Ann Carroll passed away on March 31, 2020 after a long battle with lung cancer. Patsy was born in Amarillo, Texas on October 12, 1946, to Hazel and L.C. O’Bannon. She graduated from Plainview High School and Texas Tech University. Patsy was an active member of Sugar Land Baptist Church.
Patsy is survived by her husband of 52 years, Jimmie Carroll; son Clayton and wife Kristen Carroll; son Wade and wife Lisa Carroll; sister Sue and her husband Larry Hooper; and grandchildren, Libby, Abby, and William.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Sugar Land Baptist Church located at 16755 Southwest Freeway, Sugar Land, Texas 77479, for their mission program.
