Sean Augustine O'Shea

Sean A. O’Shea passed away on August 26, 2022 at the age of 64. He died peacefully at the Mass General Hospital, surrounded by loved ones. He valiantly battled serious medical issues the past several years, facing them with courage and determination.

Sean was a lifelong resident of Massachusetts, predominantly in Sudbury. From the time he was a child, Sean possessed a passion for anything with an engine. He spent much of his youth racing MotorCross motorcycles, which brought him great joy. In his adult years, he exercised that passion with an illustrative career in classic car restoration. We will remember Sean for his intelligence, fierce independence, charismatic nature and witty sense of humor.

Sean is predeceased by his father, John A. O’Shea and leaves behind his beloved mother, Jeanne H. O’Shea of Sudbury. He is also survived by his sister, Erin O’Shea Weir of Sudbury, his brother Brian, sister-in-law, Yvonne and nephew Gage of Brookline, New Hampshire, his dear friend Audrey of Leominster, as well as numerous cousins and lifelong friends scattered across the country.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Sean’s life on Monday, September 19th from 9:00am to 1:00pm at Duckett Funeral Home of J.S. Waterman & Sons, 656 Boston Post Road, Sudbury, MA 01776.
