Mr. Raymond E. Jeske

Raymond was born in Grand Haven, MI, and lived there most of his life and resided in Stuart for the last 34 years. He was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church of Stuart for 30 or more years serving as deacon and lector. Ray spent the majority of his career working for AAA of Michigan where he was one of the top sales reps in the state and also served as the president of the AAA Salesman’s Association. He was an active member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Grand Haven and served as superintendent of Sunday school. He loved hunting, the Chicago Cubs, golf and playing cards with friends and family.

His greatest love in life besides his loving wife Ruth who preceded him in death was their children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was also predeceased by his son David Jeske and later by his daughter Barbara Jeske. Survivors include his brother Bernard Jeske of Ellenton Florida, brother-in-law Herman Rosema of Grand Haven, sister-in-law Sadie Jeske also of Grand Haven, children Beverly Sroka (Allan), Cynthia Libratore (Mark), and Brad Jeske (Trudy), 10 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of the Treasure Coast or Bricks of Faith through Redeemer Lutheran Church in Stuart. Visitation will be at Aycock Funeral Home in Stuart, on Wednesday, December 16, 2015 from 11:00AM to 12:45PM followed by services at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Stuart at 1:30PM.
