She was born in Arcola, Pennsylvania to Harold and Martha Rothenberger.
Pearl enjoyed taking care of her family and friends. She enjoyed bird watching, especially cardinals and hummingbirds.
Pearl was an avid Philadelphia Phillies fan.
Pearl was preceded in death by her brothers, Ed and Charles Rothenberger; and daughters, Sherry Panero and Anita DeCarlo.
Survivors include her husband of nearly 65 years, Cyrus Miller; daughters, Jamie Stott (Tom), of Stuart, Florida and Brenda Semach, of Gilbertsville, Pennsylvania; brothers, Harold Jr., of Wheeling, West Virginia and Russell, of Memphis, Tennessee; sisters, Marie, of Oregon, Nancy, of Troy, Pennsylvania, and Gloria, of The Villages, Florida; 9 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren.
Services will be held Saturday April 23, 2016 at Falkner Swamp UCC.
