Curtis, affectionately known as "Bo", was educated in the public schools of Martin County.
He was an outstanding musician and faithful member of New Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church for decades in Hobe Sound, Florida, and served with endearing passion the local faith community throughout the years. Curtis was the Sole Proprietor of Curtis Bell Grading & Mowing Services and worked skillfully as a Heavy Equipment Operator in the construction and landscape businesses.
Cherishing his selfless, comical, and loving memories; a loving and devoted wife of 25 years, Sheryl E. Bell; all of his children, Jannine (Charles) Tobler, Kimisha "Kim" Bell, Curtis (Michelle) Bell, Jr., Michael "Mike" Bell, Carlena (Jay) Corgelas, and Jesse (Shakira) Jackson III; his beloved grandchildren, Karelle, Anthony, Frank Jr., Javaris, Zakiyia, Chimiyia, Keyon, Curtis III, Jeremiah, Dylan, Trey, Elijah, Joshua, Olivia, Ethan, and Mia; 7 Brothers, Alvin (Gloria) McHardy, Pastor Kenneth (Wessie) Bell, Albert (Ocelia) Bell, Jr., Johnnie (Martha) Bell, Donald Bell, Lemuel Bell, and Anthony Bell; 3 Sisters, Rosa Ausby, Doris Bell, and Carolyn (Tony); his Parents-In-Love, Mandrus (Dorothy) Wilcher, Sr.; 3 Brothers-In-Love, Mandrus Wilcher, Jr., Antonio Hosey, Tyrone (Bonnie) Wilcher, Sr.; 2 Sisters-In-Love, Charlene (Danny) Reddie, and Jennifer Ford; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and countless friends; 2 special friends, George "Super G" Harris, Sr., and Kathleen "Mrs. Kat" Washington.
