Nancy Marie Solicito

Nancy Solicito (Nancy Perrone) of Stony Point NY passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, February 1, 2024. She was born November 3, 1960 to Chester (Deceased) and Jean Perrone in Yonkers, NY. She went to Saint Casimir’s grade school on Nepperhan Ave and graduated from Our Lady of Victory High School in Dobbs Ferry NY. She graduated from Mercy College with a Bachelor’s degree. Nancy worked as a Patient Account Supervisor at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla NY and retired in 2001.

She met Joe in 1991 and less than a year later they were married; it was a true love story. In 1993, they were blessed with their first daughter Danielle Marie and in 2001, they were blessed once again with their second daughter Nicole Jo. Her biggest love was her daughters Danielle and Nicole. She was so proud of them growing up and was extremely proud of the ladies they have become. She never missed a school event or game and there was nothing she wouldn’t do for them.

She loved so many things in life and touched the hearts of all who knew her. She was warm, gentle loving, and extremely quick to help anyone in need; she was one of those people everyone loved. She was taken by God way too soon and is dearly missed by all who knew her. Nancy had so many circles of friends and was always there to listen and be there for others. She was an angel on earth and now an angel in heaven.

Nancy is survived by her husband Joe Solicito, her daughters Danielle and Nicole Solicito, mother Jean Perrone, brother Chester Perrone his wife Pina, nephew Nicholas and niece Gabriella Perrone and many cousins, aunts and uncles.

A visitation for Nancy will be held Wednesday, February 7, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Michael J. Higgins Funeral Service Inc., 73 N Liberty Dr, Stony Point, New York 10980. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at 11:15 AM, 73 N Liberty Dr, Stony Point, New York 10980. A burial mt. repose cemetery will occur Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at 12:15 PM.
