Patricia Paulette Friday

Patricia (Pat) Paulette Friday, mother to Katherine and Andrew Friday and widow to Charlie Friday, passed away peacefully in her sleep on December 13th, 2023 after her courageous battle with congestive heart failure. Her passing took place in her hometown of Stony Plain, Alberta.

Known for her outspoken personality, sense of humor and love of those closest to her, Pat will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Pat's family asks that she be remembered for the joy and laughter that she brought to others in life and not the sadness of her passing. She is survived by her daughter Katherine; son Andrew; sister Lois; grandchildren Caden, Charlie, Emily, Dylan, Drew, and her nieces and nephews. Pat was predeceased by her husband Charlie Friday; her mother and father, Mary and Paul Podgurny; sister Doreen Taylor, and brother Rodney Podgurny.

A celebration of life for Patricia will be held Wednesday, December 20, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Parkland Funeral Services, 3502 44th Ave, Stony Plain, AB T7Z1L1. Following the service the family invites you to Blueberry Hall, 53109 Range Road 15.
