Ken’s professional career included politics as town counsellor, mayor and then Member of the Legislative Assembly. Ken possessed a playful spirit and a gift for telling stories and jokes with many listeners laughing or crying along. He had a unique ability to connect with people at home, work and when travelling, forging countless friendships along the way.
Ken’s love for family, friends, and neighbours stemmed from his belief in connections and community. He believed that simple acts of generosity and care are a reflection of how we should treat one another.
