David Daniel Lakusta

He grew up on a farm in the Andrew, Alberta area and left there at the age of 17 to pursue a long career in the construction industry. He was mentored by many skilled tradesmen and in turn was a mentor to many.

Always a country boy at heart, he was happiest living on the acreage and then in lake county in Lac Ste Anne. His greatest joy was teaching grandchildren to drive and spending time with them ATV’ing. They have many fond memories of spending hours with him.

Left to remember and mourn his passing are his wife, Norma; sons, Terry (Dana) Dale (Nina) and Keith (Tarrah) and nine grandchildren, Nathan, Kade, Carson, Brooke, Taylor, Landon, Keirnen, Colten and Conner. Also left to remember and mourn are many nieces, nephews, cousins and lifelong friends.

Dave was predeceased by his parents and brother.

The family sincerely appreciates the care given by physicians and health care staff at Westview Health Centre.

A celebration of Dave’s life will be determined at a later date.
