Jean passed away peacefully at home on Sunday morning the 4th of February at the age of 78. Born in Huron, South Dakota to Alice and Clarence Mitchell, immigrated to California with her mother and little brother, Bobby Mitchell where she met the love of her life, Rex Moore. Jean worked in Stockton most of her life and retired from West Lane Bowl where she made many friends and treated everyone like family. She was a “MOM” who always made family first. Jean is preceded in death by her husband Rex, son John, and brother Bobby Mitchell. She is survived by her children, Debra Jean, Catherine Alice, Jeanna Marie, Rex Mardis, Robert Lee, Stephanie Bailey, the Padrino Lopez family, 12 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and 5 great great grandchildren. Celebration of Life will be held on February 19, 2018 at 5pm, Ed Steward Post #803, 3110 West Lane, Stockton, CA 95204.
