Gabriel P. Quintero

Gabriel Pina Quintero was born in Pacoima, Los Angeles California on March 6th, 1936 and resided in Stockton CA. He was the son of Librada Pina Lopez and Eulalio Quintero. He was the youngest of 9 children. He went to be with the lord on April 26th, 2023. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Lupe Hernandez Quintero, His 6 children, Gabriel and Jeannette Quintero, Henry Quintero, Manuel and Melinda Quintero, Adolph and Renee Quintero, Lewis Quintero Sr., Marcello (preceded in death) and Patricia Quintero Casarez, his 18 grandchildren, and 19 great grandchildren.

Gabriel was dedicated to his family and extended relatives. He was a follower of Jesus and was involved in many ministries though out his life. He was a great provider, protector, and teacher. He drove a diesel truck for 48 years. He loved landscaping, golfing, fishing, hunting, camping, visiting the beach, country drives, his cars, and his motorcycles.

Gabriel passed peacefully in the comfort of his home, surrounded by his loved ones.

A visitation for Gabriel will be held Thursday, May 11, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at DeYoung Memorial Chapel, 601 N California St, Stockton, California 95202. A funeral service will occur Friday, May 12, 2023 at 12:00 PM, 601 N California St, Stockton, California 95202. A final resting place will occur Friday, May 12, 2023 at 2:00 PM at San Joaquin Catholic Cemetery, 719 E. Harding Way, Stockton, California.
