Fred Anthony Hart, of Stockton, California, passed away peacefully on May 23, 2018. He was born in Vallejo, California on August 7, 1943. He grew up in Stockton, graduated from Franklin High School and attended San Joaquin Delta College.
Fred was married to Darlene Hart in 1968. During his life, he was active member of Stockton Freemason Masonic Temple. He retired from Amtrak after 25 years of service. Fred enjoyed singing, dancing, fishing, and playing with his grandchildren. Fred is survived by his daughter, Shelly Hart, and son Derrick Hart; his sister Rena Hart; his grandchildren Liana, Anthony, Breanna, Jasmine, Alyssa, Jordan, Darrius, and Mia; Great-Grand Children Quincy, Alivia and Samia. Those who preceded him in death include his beloved wife Darlene Hart; his parents Fred D. Hart and Royette Givens; his brother Douglas; and his sister Verna.
