Thomas Hembree Gazaway, age 67, of Atlanta, passed away Sunday, April 5, 2015. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2015, at Horis A. Ward Funeral Home - Fairview Chapel at 12:00pm, with Ellen Hopkins officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Memorial Gardens in Stockbridge.
He is survived by: children; Jeff Gazaway and Matt Gazaway, mother, Gracie Kate Gazaway, sister, Jacque & Tim Buice-Pape, brother, Ray & Diane Gazaway; several nieces & nephews
He was preceded in death by father, Marcus L. Gazaway.
