and Rodney Nash in Atlanta, Ga. Rodney was a loving, kind, and very 'creative
young man. Throughout his school years Rodney touched many lives, building
lifelong friendships that he had till he was called home to Glory. Rodney had an
amazing gift of creativity, he was an entrepreneur, music creator and a fashion
designer, actively working to launch his clothing line.
No one that knew Rodney could deny his unconditional love for his family. Even
at a young age he epitomized what an older brother should be to his younger
sisters.He was a loving son, brother, grandson, nephew and friend to many.
Rodney leaves to cherish jn his wonderful legacy; his parents Rodney Nash
(Sonya) and Katrece Ems (Omari) of Atlanta, GA. His sisters and brothers, Zoie,
Khloe, Ra', Kaia, Alexis, Breanna, Omari Jr., Hassan and Javaris . His
grandparents, Yvonne and Dedward Ellis, Gloria Nash and Jimmy Harvey. Aunt
and uncles; Tranetta Ellis, Deanna Ellis, Tyrone, Mario, Garrett Sr.,Qiana,
Ja'Mecca Davenport and Olivia Nash. First cousins; Damecia Ellis, Jarquez
Ellis, Matthew Ellis, Travion Ellis, Christopher White, Metody Ellis, Amber Nash,
Almisha Lewis, Jerome Patrick, AI Taylor, Zamaria Givens, Tiaja Cofer, Kylah
Nash, Jabri Nash, Garrett "Gee" Nash, Andreas Nash, Adonis Davenport,
Malayla Nash, and London Nash. Rodney also leaves to cherish many aunts,
uncle's cousins and friends.
We may never understand or have all the answers, but we do not have to be sorrowful
as those who have no hope. God will bind our broken hearts. He will give us the garment
of praise for the spirit of heaviness. Rodney's legacy will continue to be heard and live on
thru his music and many creative gifts.
