Michael was born on January 15, 1953 in San Diego, California to Hoyal Eugene Sneed and Ruth Victoria (Brewer) Sneed.
He enlisted in the United States Armed Forces and was Honorably Discharged after serving in Vietnam in the United States Army. After his military duties, he was employed by the Clayton County Water Authority for over 20 years.
After retirement, Michael enjoyed electronic cars and airplanes.
Michael was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Elizabeth Mae Sneed. His will forever live on in the hearts of his loving siblings, Vickie Sneed Strauss, Linda Sneed Corley, Debbie Wattenbarger and Scott Grant; a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
A Committal Service will be held on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at 1:00PM in Fairview Memorial Gardens, 164 Fairview Road, Stockbridge, Georgia 30281.
