Ms. Dee, age 78 died Friday, March 29, 2013 peacefully at her home in Riverdale, Georgia after a short illness.
She was a faithful member of New Testament Baptist Church in Ellenwood, Georgia. She was a dedicated member of the Sweet Spirits Sunday School Class.
She was known as the candy lady at her church for always having a sweet treat for everyone. She was known as the cookie lady in her neighborhood for giving cookies to every child that came to her door for the past 20 years.
She was a life support and prayer warrior to each of her family members for many years and will be greatly missed. Ms. Dee was preceded in death by her daughters, Sonia Sue Brandon and Donna Jean Sloan and a grandson Chad Duane Jones.
Visitation will be Wednesday, April 3, 2013 from 11:00-1:00
Funeral will be at 1:00 with Pastor Fred Tag officiating.

Thirteen Great-Grandchildren: Crystal Macey of Ohio, Stephanie Macey of Ohio, Jacob Warren of Stockbridge, Andrew Warren of Stockbridge, Austin Jones of McDonough, Alec Jones of McDonough, Anistyn Jones of McDonough, Averly Jones of McDonough, Nathan Majors of Jenkinsburg, Easton Majors of Jenkinsburg, Parker Sloan of Covington, Bryson Sloan of Covington, and Kaelynn Bagby of Hampton. Three Great-Great Grandchildren: Brayton Macey of Ohio, Taviana Macey of Ohio and Tavaeh Macey of Ohio. Siblings: Oscar Stotts of California, Lou Bonuales of West Virginia and Oda Stotts of Jackson.
