Bobbie Sue Rapier Hay, age 82, of Oxford, GA, passed away on October 29, 2017. Services will be held on Saturday, Nov. 4, 2017 at the Horis A. Ward Funeral Home-Fairview Chapel at 11:00am with Rev. Robbie Bailey officiating. Interment will follow at the adjacent Fairview Memorial Garden in Stockbridge, GA.
Mrs. Hay retired from Marsh McLennan and was a member of The Assembly of God Tabernacle, Decatur and Atlanta for over 50 years. She is survived by: her sons Paul David Hay (wife Renee Hay) and Stephen Daniel Hay; her sisters Sarah Davis and Ann Spann and their extended families.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Olin Eugene Hay.
