Alicia (Pappy) was born on November 19,1975 at Dekalb General Hospital in Decatur, Georgia to Randy and Bebe Allen. She is survived by her husband and high school sweetheart, Jamie Bailey of 27 years; three beautiful children, Jamye Bailey Winkler, 24 (Nick Winkler), Kyle Bailey, 23, and Wesley Bailey, 19; her parents and sisters Jennifer Knight, Traci Colon, and Brandy Bosque; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She attended Rock Springs In Milner, GA.
Visitation with the family will be held from 9:00 am - 10:00 am on Wednesday, January 22, 2020 with a Celebration of Life service immediately following in the Fairview Chapel of Horis A. Ward Funeral Home, 376 Fairview Road Stockbridge, GA 30281. Pastor Craig Waldon will be officiating.
