Bernice Ruth Bussema, 91, of Downers Grove passed away July 20, 2018. Loving wife of the late Fred E. Bussema; beloved mother of Kenneth (Evelyn) Bussema, Janice (Bob) Jonas and Carol (Paul) Barbahen; cherished grandmother of Kerry (Scott) Oolman, Rachel ( David) Westerveld, Jessica (Jon) Dykstra, Jenny (Don Wasilevich) Barbahen, Emily Barbahen, Maggie Barbahen; proud great grandmother of Sean Oolman, Carissa Oolman, Julianna Oolman, Dylan Oolman, Cooper Westerveld, Avery Westerveld, Colton Dykstra, Avaianna Dykstra, Bennett Dykstra, Donovan Wasilevich, Selene Wasilevich, Ronan Wasilevich, Sloane Wasilevich and Logan Hanner. She was preceded in death by her parents Peter and Helen VanDahm, sister Lois Bolt, and grandson Brian Bussema.
