Linda Jones Teseneer

The youngest daughter of eleven children, she was born to the late James Franklin Jones and Eva Gray Jones on August 25, 1937.

On March25, 1962, she married Charles William Teseneer, who preceded her death on March 4, 2013.

Linda enjoyed gardening; working with her flowers, and helping people. She loved spending time with her family, cooking big meals and celebrating the holidays. She fought a courageous battle with cancer by the way she lived.

Linda was a member of First Baptist Church of Statesville.

Those left to cherish her memory are her son and daughter-in-law, Chuck and Rebecca Teseneer of Efland, NC; granddaughter, Rachel Teseneer of Efland; two brothers, Harold Jones of Kinston, NC and Franklin Jones of Snow Hill, NC; two sisters, Sue Jones Watson of Kinston, NC and Jewel Jones Brown of Snow Hill, NC and sister-in-law, Ennis Teseneer Jones.

The family will receive friends Saturday, July 16, 2016 from 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM at Bunch-Johnson Funeral Home.

The funeral service honoring Linda’s life will begin at 2:00 PM at First Baptist Church of Statesville with Rev. Dr. Nelson Granade officiating. Burial will follow at Iredell Memorial Gardens.
