Hans Demetrius Robertson

Born October 16, 1960 in Iredell County, he was the son of the late Rice McDowell and Rosa Lee Davidson Robertson.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his grandmother, Marie Nicholson Dalton and one brother, Calvin Edward Robertson.

Over the years, Hans worked at Jansen Textiles, Bali, and was a taxi driver. He loved animals and always enjoyed eating chicken livers.

Those left to cherish his memory are two brothers, Phillip Robertson (Carrie) of Texas and Sandy Robertson of New York; four sisters, Rose Hall, Rosa Hart (Charles), Sandra Davis (James); his twin sister, Hazel Robertson and sister-in-law, Teverious Robertson.

He is further survived by his canine companion, Dynamite; a host of nieces and nephews and his family at Maple Leaf.

The family will speak to friends Tuesday, August 4, 2020 from 1-2 PM with the funeral following at 2 PM in the funeral home chapel with Elder C.W. Hart officiating. Burial will be held at Belmont Cemetery.
