Eileen was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA and was a graduate of West Philadelphia Catholic School. She lived in Pinellas Park, FL for many years before moving to Statesboro over thirty years ago. She was a homemaker and a communicant of St. Matthew Parish, where she volunteered in many capacities. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Shepard “Shep” Olliff, Sr. and her son, Patrick Garrett.
Eileen is survived by her son, Shep Olliff, Jr. and his wife, Pat of Fruitland Park, FL; brother, Buddy Fisher of Florida; two grandsons, James Olliff of Indialantic Beach, FL and John Olliff of Fruitland Park, FL; niece, Eileen Fisher Violini of Philadelphia, PA; nephew, Michael Fisher.
A memorial funeral mass will be held 10:00 AM Tuesday, March 31, 2015 in St. Matthew Parish with Reverend Douglas K. Clark officiating.
Burial will be in Eastside Cemetery.
