Betty Marie Herrin

Betty was a native of Savannah and had lived in Louisiana before moving to Statesboro 30 years ago. Betty was employed as the manager of the Mill Creek Lodge for the past 13 years and was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, Hamp and Mary Carter Still.

Betty is survived by her husband, Patrick Herrin of Statesboro, son, Raymond Dewayne Herrin and his wife, Sandy of Claxton, daughter Linda Marie Herrin of Statesboro, brother, Wayne Still of Savannah, sisters, Mary Faye Still and Lottie Marie Simmons both of Jacksonville, FL, 3 grandchildren, Alyssa Nadeen Herrin, Justin Nathaniel Herrin and Anne Marie Stradling all of Statesboro and many other relatives.

The family will receive friends 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM Tuesday, August 12 in Hodges-Moore Funeral Home.

Graveside funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, August 12 in Eastside Cemetery with the Reverend Larry E. Bird officiating.
