Theresa Mazzeo

Theresa was an identical twin born on 10/26/1932 to parents Michael & Rose DeSantis in Brooklyn New York. Her mom, Rose was in labor as her father, Michael was rushing them to the hospital. Unfortunately, they didn't reach the hospital in time and Theresa & twin sister, Anna were born in the back seat of the car. They never knew who was the older sister. The sisters celebrated their 90th birthday on 10/26/2022.

Theresa was predeceased by her daughter Theresa & son Anthony.

Theresa is survived by her remaining five children Edward, Laura, Phillip, Joseph, & John, eleven grandchildren Lisa, Stephanie, Danielle, Kristy, Anthony, Jesse, Michael, Marie, Amanda, Jason, and Matthew, & six great grandchildren, Taylor, Timothy, Brittani, Angelina, Keith & Juliet.

As per Theresa’s wishes, the family will be having a memorial service, on Thursday, January 5th from 2:00 pm. to 6:00 pm. at Casey McCallum Rice Funeral Home located at 30 Nelson Ave Staten Island, NY.

On Friday, January 6th at 11:00 am a mass will be held at Saint Clare Roman Catholic Church, located at 110 Nelson Ave Staten Island, NY.

Theresa, who was loved by so many had a heart of gold and will be missed by family and friends.
