Ruth Roscheska

Ruth Roscheska, age 69, a lifetime resident of Staten Island, passed away on Sunday, April 22, 2018. A nurse for over 30 years, she was a member of the American Association of Critical Care. She also taught nursing at the College of Staten Island. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, the S.I. South Shore Grandmothers Club and the Holy Trinity-St. Nicholas Greek Church Golden Seniors. She loved to travel, spending time with her family, and gardening.

Ruth is survived by her loving sister, Marianne Costello, and her niece, Naomi Costello McKenna, her husband John McKenna, her children John, Joseph and Mary McKenna and her niece Sandy Costello Kelly, her husband Jack Kelly, her children Megan and Jonathan Kelly. Visitation is at Casey Funeral Home on Wednesday and Thursday, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A funeral will be on Friday at 10 a.m. at St. John's Lutheran Church. Interment Moravian Cemetery.
