He was the son of Lorraine Thompson and the late Robert Thompson Sr and the brother of the late Kelly Thompson. He is survived by wife Joyce Ann Thompson and four children, Robyn Curry, Robert Thompson III, Brandon Thompson and Maria Thompson and seven grandchildren.
Visitation services will be held at Casey-McCallum Rice Funeral Home, located at 30 Nelson Avenue, Staten Island, NY 10308, on November 21, 2024. The visitation will occur from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, and again from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
A funeral service will take place at St. Clare Roman Catholic Church, St. Clare's Church, Staten Island, NY 10308, on November 22, 2024, from 11:00 am to 11:45 am.
The committal service is scheduled for November 22, 2024, at The Green-Wood Cemetery, 500 25th St, New York, NY 11232, at 12:30 pm.
