I am so very sorry for the loss of a beautiful soul and my friend, Maureen. For many years we shared laughs and memories together while Sgts in the 84th Precinct. She married a true gem, Tommy, who  adored her....I will miss Maureen for so many reasons, especially for her big heart....she was a wonderful mother, Sgt and most of all, friend. God rest her beautiful soul and may she find eternal peace...Lt (retired) Janice Williams

Maureen was One of the kindest person I ever met.   She made everything better.   God has his own plans for all surely he needed an angel.   Anyone who had the privilege of meeting Maureen was a better person.

My deepest condolences to the family.  She was one of the sweetest officers when I came to work at the precinct, always had a kind word. And was always willing to assist. May she rest in Heavenly peace. Rest well Maureen 💜 

Maureen was the kindest , funniest  and most compassionate person to ever work for. On the coldest of nights her patrol car would turn the corner and she would offer you the gift of a warm car.  'Warm up she would say" Let's finish this shift together and safely. Like a true mother hen.  She treated us like her own family from day one. The memories she made from organizing the 88 ski trip will last with me forever. Such a great day. Until you guide us into the warm light and we meet again Maureen.
