Francis Kelly, age 77, of Brooklyn, New York passed away on Friday, December 2, 2022.
A visitation for Francis will be held Monday, December 5, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Harmon Funeral Home, 571 Forest Ave, Staten Island, NY 10310, followed by a visitation from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
